Welcome! ScienceSource.ca is the support website for the Investigating Science 9 & 10 textbooks, and BiologySource/PhysicsSource 11 textbooks.

Pearson Education is pleased to provide FREE PREVIEW access to ScienceSource.ca resources. If you don't have an account, you can still preview our exciting resources - simply use the left menu to choose Unit A for any of the four textbooks, and you'll be able to view all the resources for Chapter 1.

Chapter 1 content for ALL books will always be FREE to preview without having to login.

If you have an Access Code card for ScienceSource BASIC 9, ScienceSource BASIC 10, or BiologySource/PhysicsSource BASIC 11, you can proceed with registering by clicking the My Account button in the left menu, then clicking the Register Now button. Simply follow the registration steps, and if you need assistance, view the registration tutorial on the tutorial movies page.

Once you have setup your ScienceSource BASIC account and are logged in, you will notice that you can see all of the resources for all the chapters associated with the BASIC 9, BASIC 10, BASIC 11 access (depending on the code you used).

When you are logged in with your username and password, you will notice that the top of the page will be customized with whatever you entered as the name of your school during registration. You'll also have a link available to upgrade your account. For example, ScienceSource PLUS offers many premium resources:

• ScienceSource PLUS 9: Premium resources. Available to BASIC 9 users.
• ScienceSource PLUS 10: Premium resources. Available to BASIC 10 users.

For your convenience, we are please to provide the "Answers to Numerical Questions" for both BiologySource and PhysicsSource 11. Also provided for convenient download are the Index and Safety sections of each textbook.

As a FREE PREVIEW for adopters of Investigating Science 10, we are pleased to offer Unit A Sustainable Ecosystems resources to teachers and students.

The Grade 9 Ecology Chapter SE eText files are accessible by students logging under a Grade 10 BASIC account. The files are found right next to the grade 10 eText equivalents in Unit A of grade 10. If you don't want to scroll to them, simple enter "Grade 9" in the search field at the top of the page.

The Grade 9 Ecology Unit A Teacher Resources can be found in the Teacher Corner visible to teachers logging under a Grade 10 BASIC account. The files are in the Grade 10 Teacher Resource Manual pull-down menu, they are labeled as follows:
